I'm not sure I agree. Her hands are cradling her belly. My thoughts go there. To what is being born. I also like the metaphor. She is the body that gives birth to the ideas and words. The baby is the creation, the art.
I tweaked the cover and added: A writer is born...and his name is Max. I think I can delete and his name is Max. Just use the line: a writer is born...
I could go with that. The coolest would be if you could photoshop a bunch of tiny words all over her belly.
